The owner, João, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and his attention to detail in designing the interior of the house was impressive. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was spacious and fully equipped. It was a unique experience staying in a property with such a rich history. Beautiful 3 bedrooms with fully stocked kitchen and views overlooking vineyards. Private courtyard and safe and secure parking. Fantastic location close to Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha, and Peniche. Charming small town atmosphere that transports you to another time. Host, João, is lovely and has made most of the furniture in the property and outdoors from reclaimed items. Great for families, exploring the countryside, or a writing retreat.
